Model
The manufacturing environment is defined and mapped into DBR+™. Users can either create the model in DBR+™ or import all manufacturing data from an existing database. Modeling features include:

Production personnel interact with DBR+™ through the web-based execution side. Personnel can:
  • View dispatch lists for all resources
  • View status of all buffers and corresponding work order priority
  • Report work order progress
  • View temporary overloads in non-constraints
  • Drill down on all work orders to get full order information
  • Make notations visible to all users
