What is DBR?

DBR methodology allows manufacturing companies to create velocity and visibility at the scheduling AND execution level. The concept of DBR was first introduced in the business novel, The Goal, by Dr. Eli Goldratt in 1984. Since that time DBR has proved to be one of the most effective and expeditious ways to bring dramatic improvements to manufacturing environments of all configurations, sizes and complexities.
