Support and Follow-up Audits, DBR Metrics and Incentives Facilitation
- Proven DBR Software – DBR+™
- Software Implementation Services – Software Modeling, Interface Design and
Support, Software Training for all levels of appropriate personnel, Conference Room
Pilot Facilitation and "Go-Live" Support.
For companies that already have DBR compliant software, CMG offers its DBR Consulting
Services stand alone.
DBR Consulting Services
CMG has successfully implemented DBR in some of the most challenging manufacturing
environments in the world. Whether your manufacturing facility is measured in square
feet or acres, CMG has a proven approach to get your manufacturing enterprise a
robust and sustainable solution.
DBR Education is the first step. Once education is provided, it must be used to
unleash the intuition of an implementation team. Their intuition must be organized
into a comprehensive blueprint incorporating changes in logistics, metrics, technology
and human resources. This means the critical points that define their system must
be identified, policies and metrics must be added and/or removed, tools and processes
installed to support their ability to make the right decisions at the operational
AND organizational level. These objectives must be carefully laid out and sequenced
into a project plan that will act as a roadmap for the implementation.
DBR+™ is a powerful tool to bring the methodology into real-time reality.
Web-based demonstrations are easy to schedule and take about 1 hour. If you are
located outside of the United States, contact us to find an Authorized Service Provider
in your area.
Through proprietary design, DBR+™ allows users to easily MODEL, SCHEDULE and
then easily EXECUTE through a real-time, user friendly web-based format. Additionally,
reporting formats easily facilitate multiple types of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT activities.

What is DBR?
DBR methodology allows manufacturing companies to create velocity and visibility
at the scheduling AND execution level. DBR can also allow a company to get more
out of its Lean and Six Sigma investments by directing the application of those
powerful tool sets to the local areas that are most impacting system velocity.
The concept of DBR was first introduced in the business novel, The Goal, by Dr.
Eli Goldratt in 1984. Since that time DBR has proved to be one of the most effective
and expeditious ways to bring dramatic improvements to manufacturing environments
of all configurations, sizes and complexities.

Stop Re-Planning
and Execute."
